Full-Time positions available for day and evening shifts at residential programs in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan.  Will be assigned client caseload to provide direct care services to SMI adults in 24-hour congregate housing.  Duties include counseling/crisis intervention, assistance with formulation and achievement of individual client goals and objectives, medication monitoring, group facilitation, entitlement advocacy and ADL skills training.  H.S. degree/GED and experience working with the target population as part of mental health team required.
