The Postgraduate Bronx Recovery Support Center provides affordable community-based mental health treatment for adults, children from ages 5 and up, adolescents, and families to assist with the problems that a child or teenager may be having at home or at school.
For example, individual or family therapy can aid in coping with major life stresses such as family problems, learning difficulties, or other trauma—and help those suffering from depression, anxiety, or have anger control difficulties.
Experienced social workers, therapists, and clinical supervisors work to provide tailored services such as:

PCMH Support Center for Individuals and Families is now a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC). As a CCBHC, we offer strengths-based, developmentally appropriate mental health and substance use services for ages 5+, serving people across the life span. Our services include:
Outpatient mental health and substance use services
Screening, assessment, and diagnosis
Patient-Centered treatment planning
Targeted case management
Psychiatric rehabilitation services
Peer support, counselor services, and family support services
Outpatient clinic primary care screening and monitoring of key health indicators
Crisis mental health services
Intensive community-based mental health care for members of the armed forces & veterans
We offer comprehensive, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed mental health and substance use treatment for children, adults, and families. Our highly qualified clinicians and psychiatric prescribers provide services to those who struggle to find their footing when confronting everyday challenges.
Our culturally competent staff will help you to address a wide range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, grief, and many other challenges. We offer individual therapy, medication management, and group therapy. When indicated, we also connect clients to care coordination, primary care, or other services to assist them in reaching their goals.
We offer in-person, video, and telephone appointments and accept various commercial insurance and Medicaid and sliding scale fee.
We are open Monday – Thursday 8am – 8pm and Fridays 9am – 5 pm. If you have a question or an emergency during those hours, please call our front desk at (212) 576-4104. Outside of those hours, please contact our crisis line at (718) 675-4610 or call 911.
Our walk-in and crisis hours are Tuesdays 12-2pm and Thursdays 1-3pm.
