Provision of community-based medication management and administration to 68 adults with serious mental illness. Responsibilities include: providing counseling, administering IMs, documentation in an electronic health record. Position works under the supervision of the RN and prescribers. Candidates must be detail oriented and have excellent community and organization skills. Experience with psychiatric nursing and driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred. Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
